In 1960, Ernesto C. Escobar immigrated to the United States to flee the repression of the Communist Cuba and pursue the American Dream of freedom and prosperity.

Through hard work, great personal sacrifice, and determination, Escobar fulfilled his dream in 1972 when, at the age of fifty, he opened Escobar Enterprise, Inc. In his venture, he applied the mastery of woodworking and hand crafted furniture construction that he learned int he industrial arts school in the Cuban province of Oriente.  In time, Escobar built a solid family business with a reputation of integrity and quality, which established Escobar Enterprise as a provider of choice in the industry.

In its forty-year history, Escobar Enterprise, Inc. has cultivated a legacy of distinction in the construction of fine furniture and custom cabinetry. The company name has become synonymous with quality, as illustrated in numerous craftsmanship awards received to date. A vital testimony to its success is Escobar Enterprise impressive clientele, which includes many of the most discerning clients in South Florida.

When asked about the secret to their success, the Escobar’s cite their commitment to traditional values in business and furniture construction. Most importantly, however, they express their gratitude to the loyal clients who helped them achieve the American Dream.
